How do I know if 1080i or 1080p?
I have a 42 "LCD HDTV Sony Bravia I do not know if 1080i or p. And if ever there is a difference 1080i w by replacing my dvd / blue ray or upcoverter?
Please type your particular model number for additional help. To answer the question of Blu-ray. 1080i is better than given by the resolution of standard DVDs. Blu-ray is capable of 1080p, so to get the full benefit, you need a 1080p TV.
