Built in HD just means that the TV can tune HD channels over the air, using an antenna. The ATSC tuner is what allows the tuning digital signal-to-air emissions (local digital channels, which often broadcast in HD). A QAM tuner allows the tuning of encrypted digital cable channels without the use of a box. However, most typically can receive local HD channels, even if you only have basic cable if your TV has a QAM tuner. All the other high-definition digital channels such as ESPN or TNT will be encrypted and need your cable box company, no matter what your TV has a tuner. Those are the two two-line models is an absolute priority. You really have to see for yourself. I see them both every day, and the truth is to be happy with either. Samsung has a higher contrast ratio and exceptional color for an LCD, while the Sony has a fantastic picture clarity and detail. You may like the transparent panel the face of the display of the Samsung, or maybe not. The same applies to the Sony cut glass exterior. This is something we really need to see and compare for yourself because both stand in different areas, but not lacking anything.

How to remove red eye and light circles of the eyes in a digital photo?
I took a picture in a large family gathering with a size pocket digital camera. Everyone in the picture has red eyes, some have a bright spot in the center of their eyes, and some people who wore glasses have a reflection of what your eyes can not see everyone. I want to print it and give it to my grandfather (who is in his 90's), but I would love to correct these problems. I downloaded the latest version of GIMP and tried the red eye reduction, but only works with a few people. I've read some tutorials, but the problem is that we are all standing far away and when you approach your eyes see a bunch of pixels. I do not understand what are the layers and how to work with them, so that these lessons are lost on me. I'm thinking of getting photoshop but that is supposed to be even more complicated.
